冷轧退火后的带钢在平整过程中产生横折印缺陷,严重影响平整后带钢的表面质量及其力学性能。通过分析带钢经过张力辊(S辊)时的受力过程,研究横折印缺陷的产生机理和影响因素,认为退火后的屈服平台和平整机入口前的带钢表面拉应力过大是带钢表面产生横折印缺陷的根本原因。制定合理的伸长率和张力制度,严格来料质量要求,可以避免横折印缺陷的产生,提高平整带钢的表面质量。
Cold-rolled annealed strip produces transverse folding defects during the flattening process, seriously affecting the surface quality and mechanical properties of the strip after flattening. By analyzing the force process of the strip passing through the tension roller (S roller), the mechanism and influencing factors of the transverse folding defect are studied. It is considered that the tensile stress on the strip surface after the annealing and before the entry of the leveling machine is too high The root cause of transverse folding defects on the steel surface. Develop a reasonable elongation and tension system, strict quality requirements incoming, to avoid the emergence of cross-folding defects, improve the surface quality of the strip.
