为了解职业院校青年教师对培训的需求,探索教师素质提高培养模式,我们以武汉城市职业学院为代表进行了调查研究。对近三年新进教师进行了培训需求调查、培训效果评估与访谈。研究结果表明应根据教师个人发展定位开设个性化培训课程,利用线上线下双模式开展模块化培训效果最佳。应以提升教师教学胜任力为核心构建教师培训体系。推进校企人员双向交流合作,创新教师培养培训方式。
In order to understand the needs of young teachers in vocational colleges for training and to explore ways to improve the quality of teachers, we conducted a survey with Wuhan City College as the representative. In the past three years, new teachers have been trained in demand surveys, training effectiveness evaluation and interviews. The results of the research indicate that personalized training courses should be set according to the personal development orientation of teachers, and the best results can be obtained through modularization training using online and offline dual modes. The teacher training system should be constructed with the core of enhancing teachers’ teaching competence. Promote the two-way exchanges and cooperation between school-enterprise staff, innovative teacher training and training methods.
