目的:探究内蒙古自治区精神科医护人员职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对内蒙古自治区360名精神科医护人员进行调查。结果:精神科医护人员职业倦怠在情感衰竭维度护士显著高于医生(t=-3.345,P<0.05),职业倦怠各维度在性别、学历、职称、收入、编制、工作安全感、工作负荷方面的差异有统计学意义;社会支持、积极应对及消极应对和职业倦怠各维度呈显著性相关;回归分析显示,性别、工作安全感和收入对情感衰竭有显著预测作用,应对方式、社会支持、性别、收入和工作负荷对去人格化有显著预测作用,积极应对和年龄对个人成就感有显著预测作用。结论:内蒙古自治区精神科医护人员职业倦怠受多种因素影响,管理者应加强组织支持,从关键因素出发制定有效策略,从而降低医护人员的职业倦怠。
Objective: To explore the current situation of occupational burnout and its influencing factors among mental health workers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 360 psychiatric staff in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Results: The occupational burnout of psychiatrist was significantly higher than that of physician in emotional exhaustion (t = -3.345, P <0.05). The dimensions of burnout were gender, education, professional title, income, compilation, job security and workload There was a significant difference between social support, positive coping and negative coping and job burnout. Regression analysis showed that gender, job security and income had significant predictive effects on emotional exhaustion, coping style, social support, Gender, income and workload have a significant predictive effect on depersonalization, and positive coping and age have a significant predictive effect on individual accomplishment. Conclusion: The burnout of psychiatrist staffs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is influenced by many factors. Managers should strengthen their organizational support and formulate effective strategies based on the key factors so as to reduce the burnout of medical staffs.
