目的检测铁路客运站车德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为铁路站车德国小蠊的防制提供依据。方法采用WHO推荐的药膜法,将德国小蠊分别放入用杀虫剂制作的广口药膜瓶中,观察击倒率,计算抗性系数。结果铁路站车德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、功夫菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威、毒死蜱、仲丁威的抗性系数分别为143.96~171.49、10.25~118.18、18.58~135.08、18.14~34.31、4.08~5.11、1.91~2.50、2.13~2.45、1.20~1.65、1.48~3.62。结论德国小蠊已对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、功夫菊酯产生不同程度的抗性,铁路站车德国小蠊的防控应根据其抗性水平选择适合药物。
Objective To test the resistance of Blattella germanica to common insecticides in railway passenger station and provide evidence for the control of Blattella germanica on railway station. Methods Using the membrane method recommended by the WHO, Blattella germanica were respectively put into wide-mouth vial bottles made of insecticide to observe the knockdown rate and calculate the resistance coefficient. Results The resistance coefficients of German cockroach to Deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, cyhalothrin, dichlorvos, propoxur, chlorpyrifos and sec-butyl were 143.96-171.49, 10.25-118.18, 18.58-135.08, 18.14-34.31, 4.08-5.11, 1.91-2.50, 2.13-2.45, 1.20-1.65, 1.48-3.62. Conclusion German cockroach has different degrees of resistance to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, and cyhalothrin. The control of German cockroach at railroad station should be selected according to its resistance level.
