随着现代公司对人力资源的日益重视,培训已经成为很多公司的重点工作。但由于对培训理解的差异,在公司的培训工作中还存在着许多误区。为了帮助公司更好的做好培训工作,促进公司发展目标的实现。本文结合德勤在培训咨询项目方面的经验,提出了在培训体系内容、培训课程设计、培训方法、培训与公司绩效关系几方面的思路与观点,期望能够对公司的培训工作有所促进。
With the growing emphasis on human resources in modern companies, training has become a priority for many companies. However, due to differences in understanding of training, there are still many errors in the training of the company. In order to help the company do a better job of training and promote the realization of the company’s development goals. Based on the experience of Deloitte Consulting in training consulting projects, this paper puts forward some ideas and opinions on the training system content, training curriculum design, training methods, training and performance of the company. The expectation is that it can promote the training of the company.
