2型糖尿病是遗传因素与环境因素共同作用所致。微小RNA(m icroRNA,m iRNA)是一类非编码RNA,能在转录后水平调控基因表达,是环境因素影响蛋白质合成过程的关键因素之一。高糖、高脂等环境因素可导致体内m iRNA表达异常,这在2型糖尿病患者胰岛细胞功能衰竭、胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病并发症的发生发展中起重要作用。通过2型糖尿病中m iRNA的研究,可进一步阐明2型糖尿病的发病机制,并为2型糖尿病及其并发症的预防和治疗提供新的方向。
Type 2 diabetes is a combination of genetic and environmental factors. MicroRNA (m icroRNA, miRNA) is a kind of non-coding RNA, which can regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. It is one of the key factors that environmental factors affect the process of protein synthesis. Environmental factors such as high glucose and high fat can lead to abnormal m iRNA expression in vivo, which plays an important role in the development of pancreatic islet cell failure, insulin resistance and diabetic complications in type 2 diabetic patients. The study of m iRNA in type 2 diabetes mellitus can further clarify the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications.
