本文采用流式细胞术和单克隆技术对下咽鳞状细胞癌（下咽癌）细胞ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达进行定量检测。结果显示：下咽癌细胞的ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达量明显高于正常下咽粘膜细胞，下咽癌ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白阳性率为７５．９３％，ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达与下咽癌的临床分期无关，可能与下咽部细胞癌变的起动有关，对下咽癌的早期诊断有一定意义，ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达与下咽癌预后无明显相关性。
In this paper, flow cytometry and monoclonal techniques for squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharyngeal carcinoma (rasophageal cancer) cells rasP21 protein expression quantitative detection. The results showed that the expression of rasP21 protein in hypopharyngeal carcinoma cells was significantly higher than that in normal hypopharyngeal mucosa cells. The positive rate of rasP21 protein in hypopharyngeal carcinoma was 75.93%. The expression of rasP21 protein was not related to the clinical stage of hypopharyngeal carcinoma, Department of cell carcinoma of the start-up related to the early diagnosis of hypopharyngeal carcinoma has some significance, rasP21 protein expression and hypopharyngeal cancer prognosis no significant correlation.
