针对集气站内工艺流程,建立压降计算模型,将总压降分为气嘴节流后至外输阀压降、气嘴节流压降、加热炉压升3个部分,其中气嘴节流后至外输阀压降采用统计方法求得,气嘴节流压降采用节流理论与统计相结合的方法求得,加热炉压升计算则采用定容气体状态方程求得。通过实例计算及误差对比,证明了模型的实用性和可靠性,可求得单井进站压力随外输压力变化的关系,从而预测不同外输压力下的单井产量变化。
Aiming at the process of gas gathering station, a pressure drop calculation model is established. The total pressure drop is divided into three parts: the pressure drop from the air nozzle to the external valve, the pressure drop of the air nozzle and the pressure of the heating furnace, The pressure drop after the flow to the external valve was calculated using statistical methods. The choke choke pressure drop was calculated by the method of throttling theory and statistics, and the calculation of furnace pressure rise was obtained by using the equation of constant volume gas state. Through the example calculation and error comparison, the practicability and reliability of the model are proved, and the relationship between single well inbound pressure and external pressure can be obtained, and single well output under different external pressure can be predicted.
