运用具粘果山羊草细胞质的小麦雄性不育系对影响Ptg基因表达的遗传因素进行了研究。结果表明,粘果山羊草细胞质与Ptg基因互作产生单倍体是受雌配子体基因型控制的,只要雌配子体带有Ptg基因即有发育成单倍体的潜力;父母本基因型与单倍体频率有密切关系,但父本是否具有Ptg基因与诱导频率无关。
The genetic factors affecting the expression of Ptg gene were studied using wheat male sterile lines with Lycopodium glutinosa cytoplasm. The results showed that the interaction between cytoplasm and Ptg gene in Aegilops tauschii was controlled by the female gametophyte genotype. So long as the female gametophyte had Ptg gene, it had the potential to develop into haploid. Body frequency is closely related, but whether the male parent Ptg gene has nothing to do with the induction frequency.
