利用室内生测法测定黑龙江省鸡西、依安和佳木斯地区玉米田的稗草和反枝苋对常用除草剂的抗性水平。结果表明:供试地区稗草对乙草胺未产生抗药性,对烟嘧磺隆产生了抗药性,其中,鸡西稗草对烟嘧磺隆的抗药性指数为14.81。反枝苋对噻吩磺隆产生了抗药性,其中,佳木斯反枝苋对噻吩磺隆的抗药性指数为8.11;反枝苋对莠去津未产生抗药性,但鸡西反枝苋对莠去津的抗药性指数为3.05,属于敏感性下降阶段。
Indoor bioassay method was used to determine the resistance level of barnyard grass and red asparagus to commonly used herbicides in corn fields in Jixi, Yi’an and Jiamusi areas, Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that barnyardgrass had no resistance to acetochlor and resistance to nicosulfuron in the test area. The resistance index of Nicotiana benthamiana to nicosulfuron was 14.81. Anti-thymus amamenensis had resistance to thifensulfuron-methyl, among them, Jiamusi Amaranthus retroflexus resistance to thifensulfuron-methyl was 8.11; Amaranthus retroflexus had no resistance to atrazine, but Amaranthus retroflexus had no effect on atrazine The drug resistance index of 3.05, belonging to the stage of decreased sensitivity.
