介绍了挤出、滚圆、气流包衣法制备头孢氨苄缓释胶囊的原理和装置。所制得颗粒的体外释放以及健康志愿者体内的药动学证明,由该法制得的头孢氨苄缓释胶囊的日服二次给药可以代替普通制剂的每日四次给药,维持有效血浓度的时间为普通胶囊的2.33倍。
The principle and device for preparation of cefalexin extended release capsules by extrusion, spheronization and air flow coating are introduced.
