内外导向串联,是使运行中的长大货物车能够随着线路半径的变化而自行更换其导向位,以充分发挥车辆超限运行潜力的一项新措施。本文从微观分析内外导向串联的全过程入手,找寻其规律,推导大车在各种工况下出现于导向点的位移、速度和加速度等运动关系式;然后以D_(35)型大车为例证,将其专用关系式绘制成图表;并在室内对该车主要液控回路进行地面串联试验,用试验中测得的γ值,对各种串联工况预作验算,以利于进行研制。
