换挡规律和换挡品质是装载机自动变速的关键技术,为了验证自动变速换挡规律的正确性,评价换挡品质并分析出影响换挡品质的因素,对所研发的自动变速电子控制单元(ECU)进行可靠性和实用性分析,以ZL50型轮式装载机动力传动系统总成为基础,研制了装载机自动变速控制系统试验台。通过台架试验,找出了分离离合器油压降低过快是产生换挡冲击的主要原因,同时也验证了节能换挡规律的可靠性和实用性,为装载机自动变速技术的产品化打下了基础。
In order to validate the correctness of the automatic transmission shift law, evaluate the shift quality and analyze the factors that affect the shift quality, the automatic transmission electronic control unit (ECU) for reliability and practicability analysis. Based on ZL50 wheel loader powertrain assembly, a loader automatic transmission control system test bed was developed. Through the bench test, it is found out that the clutch hydraulic pressure drop too fast is the main reason for shift shock, and also verified the reliability and practicability of energy-saving shift schedule, laid the foundation for the product of automatic transmission technology basis.
