目的:对杜仲叶的提取工艺进行优选及抗炎作用研究。方法:采用正交试验设计,以药液中的绿原酸为测评指标,优选最佳提取工艺;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究按照最佳提取工艺提取的杜仲叶水提物的抗炎作用。结果:优选出杜仲叶的最佳水提条件:提取时间0.5h、固液比1:14、提取次数3次;且对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的炎症模型中,杜仲叶水提液显示出良好的抗炎作用。内用各剂量组与空白组比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),并具有一定的量效关系,随着剂量的增加其抗炎作用增强;外用各剂量组与空白组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且具有一定的量效关系,随着剂量的增加其抗炎作用增强。结论:优选出杜仲叶的最佳水提取工艺,且最佳水提工艺的杜仲叶水提物具有显著的抗炎作用。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Eucommia ulmoides leaves and study its anti-inflammatory effect.
