在企业不断成长的过程中,人力资源已经成为企业长期形成且独有的部门,不断提供所需人才和智力的支持。人力资源是有效保证企业可持续发展的核心能力。在全国通信体制改革的过程中,我国先后经历政企分开、邮电分营以及电信重组等过程。我国电信企业从过去由一家经营的模式发展成为了多家企业竞争的电信业务。在电信业务不断发展的过程中,人力资源的管理尤其重要。本文以移动通信企业为例,就通信行业人力资源管理的方法进行简单的探析。
In the process of continuous growth of enterprises, human resources has become a long-term and unique business sector, providing the necessary personnel and intelligence support. Human resources are the core competencies that can effectively guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises. In the process of the reform of the national communications system, our country has successively experienced the process of separating government from enterprises, postal and telecommunications branches and telecom restructuring. China’s telecom enterprises have evolved from a business model to a telecom business competing for many enterprises in the past. The management of human resources is of particular importance in the evolving telecommunications business. In this paper, mobile communications enterprises, for example, on the communications industry, human resources management methods to conduct a simple analysis.
