企业健康发展,凝聚力建设,离不开和谐稳定的内部环境。而文化活动是培养员工拼搏向上、积极进取的团队精神的有效途径。随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对文化需求的标准也不断提高,如何使文化活动更好的寓教于乐、寓情于艺、寓庄于谐,更好的服务于企业发展,是需要我们研究和探讨的问题。本文以海油发展配餐公司为例,从文化活动的特点入手,就如何提高员工文化活动的吸引力进行了深入探讨。
The healthy development of enterprises, cohesion building, can not do without a harmonious and stable internal environment. And cultural activities is an effective way to train employees to work hard and keep up the team spirit. With the continuous development of social economy, people’s standards of cultural needs are also constantly improving. It is necessary to make cultural activities more entertaining, accommodating emotionally, blending dignified harmony and better serve the development of enterprises We study and explore the issues. This paper takes COOEC as an example, starts with the characteristics of cultural activities, and discusses in depth how to enhance the attractiveness of employees’ cultural activities.
