探讨芬倍舒对癌性胸水3种肿瘤标志物CEA、CT、CY21-1水平的影响。将61例肺癌胸膜转移而形成癌性胸水病人,随机分为芬倍舒组、华蟾素组、保尔佳组。治疗前、后检测胸水中3种肿瘤标志物,并观察其动态变化。芬倍舒组及华蟾素组的总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05),而明显优于保尔佳组(P<0.01),芬倍舒组及华蟾素组治疗后3种肿瘤标志物水平明显下降,且价格适中,使用方便。
To investigate the effect of dipyxos on CEA, CT and CY21-1 levels in three tumor markers of cancerous pleural effusion. 61 cases of lung cancer pleural metastasis and the formation of cancerous pleural effusion were randomly divided into triptorelin group, cinobufotalin group, Paul good group. Three kinds of tumor markers in pleural effusion were detected before and after treatment, and their dynamic changes were observed. There were no significant differences in the total effective rate between fenbestatin group and cinobufotalin group (P> 0.05), but significantly better than that of Paojiajia group (P <0.01) After the three levels of tumor markers decreased significantly, and the price is moderate, easy to use.
