采用玻片浸渍法和叶片浸渍法测定艾蒿(Artemisia argyi Levl et Vant.)、猪毛蒿(Artemisia scoparia Waldst et Kitag.)、小飞蓬(Conyza canadensis(L.)Crong.)、苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum Patrin.)和水蓼(Polygonum hydropiper L.)5种野生植物的提取物稀释液对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval))的生物活性。结果表明:其地上部分乙醇提取物中,艾蒿提取物稀释液对朱砂叶螨有较好的毒杀作用,其余4种效果较差。采用玻片浸渍法测定了艾蒿粗提物对朱砂叶螨的毒力,以水及水与丙酮的混合液做溶剂所得 Lc_(50)分别为2 687mg/l和1 275mg/l。
Artemisia argyi Levl et Vant., Artemisia scoparia Waldst et Kitag., Conyza canadensis (L.) Crong., Xanthium sibiricum Patrin and Polygonum hydropiper L. The biological activity of extracts from five species of wild plants, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval), was studied. The results showed that among the aerial parts of ethanol extract, the extract of Artemisia scoparia extract had a good effect on spider mites Tetranychus cinnabarinus, and the other four were less effective. The toxicity of crude extract of Artemisia mandshurica to Tetranychus cinnabarinus was determined by glass slide dipping method. The Lc_ (50) was obtained as 2 687 mg / l and 1 275 mg / l, respectively, using water and water and acetone as solvent.
