目的 :以往研究发现了空间辨别性学习记忆可以引致大鼠海马 CA3区多形层有纤维出芽 ,在训练的 7~ 14天内 ,出芽的程度随着训练时间的延长而增多 ,但 14~ 2 1天则出现减少的趋势。该文探讨纤维出芽的程度与训练的时间间的关系。方法 :用水迷宫训练大鼠 2 1天 ,使其在海马 CA3区多形层有纤维 ,然后在不同时间段杀死取材 ,用 Timm染色方法显示海马内出芽纤维进行比较 ,寻找停止训练不同时间出芽程度差异。结果 :模型组 ,训练 2 1天 ,停止 7天后的出芽纤维量与训练 2 1天的比有明显减少 ,多为点状的银颗粒分布在海马 CA3区多形层内 ,偶尔可见片状的银颗粒残留。训练停止 14天后的与停止训练 7天后的比又有所减少 ,片状的银颗粒完全消失 ,仅见点状的银颗粒散在分布于海马 CA3区多形层内。训练停止 2 1天后的未见银颗粒沉积在海马 CA3区多形层内 ,即出芽的纤维全部消失 ,呈现出与正常海马一致的 Timm染色结果。结论 :作者认为 :( 1)经水迷宫训练获得空间辨别性学习记忆功能引致海马 CA3区多形层内有纤维出芽 ,在训练停止后该出芽的神经纤维亦逐渐消失。它提示出芽的纤维有与突触相似的代谢或更新的规律
OBJECTIVE: It has been found in previous studies that spatial discriminative learning and memory can lead to fiber sprouting in the polymorphic layer of hippocampal CA3 region of rats, and the degree of sprouting increases with training time from 7 to 14 days after training. However, Days are decreasing trend. This article explores the relationship between the degree of fiber sprouting and training time. Methods: The rats were trained for 21 days with water maze to make the fibroblasts in the pleomorphic layer in hippocampal CA3 region. Then they were killed at different time points. The stained fibers in the hippocampus were compared by Timm staining, Degree of difference. Results: In the model group, the number of sprouting fibers decreased significantly after training for 21 days and after 7 days of resuming, compared with the training for 21 days. Most of the silver particles were distributed in the hippocampal CA3 polymorphic layer, Silver particles remain. After 14 days of training and after stopping training for 7 days, the ratio decreased again. The flaky silver particles completely disappeared. Only the silver particles scattered in the pleomorphic layer of hippocampal CA3 area were scattered. No silver particles were deposited in the pleomorphic layer of hippocampal CA3 area after training stopped 21 days, that is, the sprouted fibers disappeared completely, showing the result of Timm staining consistent with normal hippocampus. Conclusion: The author thinks: (1) Spatial discriminatory learning and memory function induced by water maze training induced fiber sprouting in the pleomorphic layer of hippocampal CA3 region, and the sprouting nerve fibers gradually disappeared after training stopped. It suggests that budding fibers have a similar pattern of metabolism or renewal as synapses
