本研究提出了用叶长和叶宽快速估测象Vernonia amygdalina和Amaran-thus caudatus等具有卵圆形叶片的植物叶面积的简便方法。发现叶面积对数Log(A)与叶长和叶宽乘积的对数Log(L×W)具有线性相关关系。用回归分析方法得到V.amygdalina和A.caudatus两种植物的上述线性回归模型的相关系数分别是0.9986和0.9984。建议应用从某一栽植区内随机取样的叶片的叶长和叶宽值数据绘制的log(A)对log(L×W)的曲线图中,预先得到的表格模型来进行田间叶面积的快速估计。
In this study, a simple and rapid method for rapidly estimating the leaf area of a plant with oval leaves such as Vernonia amygdalina and Amaran-thus caudatus using leaf length and leaf width was proposed. The Log (A) logarithm of leaf area was found to be linearly correlated with the Log (L × W) logarithm of the product of leaf length and leaf width. The correlation coefficients of the linear regression models of V.amygdalina and A. caudatus obtained by regression analysis were 0.9986 and 0.9984, respectively. It is suggested that the log (L x W) plot of log (A) vs. log (L × W) plotted from the leaf length and leaf width data of randomly sampled leaves in a certain planting area should be used to perform rapid field leaf area estimate.
