参照气瓶的试验方法,对储气井进行了模拟试件的疲劳试验和爆破试验研究,得出结论:1)螺纹质量和螺纹连接部位的扭矩对储气井密封性能及抗疲劳性能具有较大的影响,设计中应对此提出相应要求;2)储气井结构在极限压力下均在螺纹部位首先失效,失效有螺纹拉脱和螺纹处泄漏两种形式;3)井管与接箍、井管与井口装置、接箍与井底装置的螺纹连接部位是储气井结构的薄弱环节,在结构设计及在役检验时应重点关注。
With reference to the test method of gas cylinder, the fatigue test and blasting test of the gas well were simulated. The conclusions were drawn as follows: 1) The screw thread quality and the torque at the screw connection point have great influence on the sealing performance and anti-fatigue performance 2) The gas well structure will fail at the thread part under the ultimate pressure first, and there are two types of failure: thread pull-off and thread leakage; 3) The well pipe and the coupling, the well pipe and the well pipe Wellhead devices, couplings and the bottom of the screw thread connection device is the weak part of the gas well structure, structural design and in-service inspection should focus on.
