[目的]评估中药瘦身胶囊的减肥效果。[方法]应用自身配对,比较减肥前后体重,体重指数(BMI),腰围等变化.[结果]观察35例,减肥前后体重分别下降了1.73～4.54Kg,经自身配对分析,差别显著(P<0.01),体重下降的中位数为1.56Kg;体重指数(BMI)减少0.33～1.73(P<0.01),腰围缩小2.54～12.70cm.腰围缩小与体重减低两者间,本次未发现存在相关关系(rs=0.45,P>0.05)。[讨论]本胶囊减肥效果较理想,不失为一种较好的减肥中药,且值得进一步在减肥、BMI、腰围与体重减轻关系诸方面做深入的分析和研究。
[Objective] To evaluate the slimming effect of Chinese medicine slimming capsule. [Methods] The changes of body weight, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference were compared before and after weight loss. [Results] Before and after weight reduction, the weight of body weight decreased from 1.73 to 4.54 Kg in 35 cases, and the difference was significant (P < 0.01), and the median body weight loss was 1.56 kg. The body mass index (BMI) decreased from 0.33 to 1.73 (P <0.01), and the waist circumference decreased from 2.54 to 12.70 cm. There was no correlation between waist circumference reduction and body weight loss Relationship (rs = 0.45, P> 0.05). [Discussion] The capsule weight loss effect is more ideal, after all, a better weight loss medicine, and worth further in the weight loss, BMI, waist circumference and weight loss aspects of the relationship between in-depth analysis and research.
