目的测定不同母株年龄及不同部位灰毡毛忍冬叶和枝中绿原酸和木犀草苷的量。方法采用HPLC-PDA测定灰毡毛忍冬中绿原酸与木犀草苷的量,应用Excel和SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果不同母株年龄的样品中,叶和枝中绿原酸及木犀草苷的量随着年龄没有明显的变化规律,上部叶的绿原酸量都高于中部和下部叶,而上部、中部、下部叶中木犀草苷的量没有明显的规律性;嫩叶绿原酸和木犀草苷的量明显高于老叶;不同个体中,叶中绿原酸的量在0.15%~3.67%,木犀草苷的量在0.056%~0.386%,枝中绿原酸的量0.09%~1.57%,木犀草苷的量在0.003%~0.051%,叶和枝的绿原酸及木犀草苷的量都有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论重庆地区灰毡毛忍冬中的绿原酸和木犀草苷的量呈规律性变化,这对后续的品种选育具有指导作用。
Objective To determine the amounts of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the leaves and branches of L. capsularis from different maternal ages and different parts. Methods HPLC-PDA was used to determine the amount of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Lonicera macranthoides. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. Results The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in leaves and branches did not change significantly with age in the samples of different maternal ages. The amount of chlorogenic acid in the upper leaves was higher than that in the middle and lower leaves, and the upper and middle parts. There was no obvious regularity in the amount of luteolin in the lower leaves; the amount of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the young leaves was significantly higher than that in the old leaves; in different individuals, the amount of chlorogenic acid in the leaves was between 0.15% and 3.67%. The amount of the glucoside is 0.056%-0.386%, the amount of chlorogenic acid in the branch is 0.09%-1.57%, the amount of the luteolin is 0.003%-0.051%, and the amount of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the leaves and branches are both Significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the honeysuckle of C. purpurea in Chongqing showed regular changes, which had a guiding effect on the selection of subsequent varieties.
