Three generations of my family engaged in prison work, is a “prison guard family.” Grandpa and Grandpa Fight Japan during the War of Resistance Against Japan, Chiang Kai-shek and Chiang Kai-shek during the War of Liberation to fight the United States and aid the United States to fight the old Americans. After graduating from work, they demanded that they work in the most difficult places and be allocated to the Tong Gemu Reform Farm on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It is a distant and magical, “from the sky,” very difficult place. At that time, Tibet was in the late stages of settling the insurgency and its rebel activities were still rampant. Grandparents and hundreds of retired cadres should not only protect the security inside the prison, but also guard the offensive of the rebels. On one occasion, the traitors attacked the prison through sandstorms and grandparents and police officers bravely put themselves in the fight to defend the prisons regardless of personal safety. That was the most intense battle between grandparents and the farm, killing 16 rebels and capturing 11.
