本文对闪光焊工艺中存在的“灰斑”等低塑性组织形成机理的解释提出了新看法.认为“灰斑”可以由焊接工艺参数的调整来进行控制,并对改进管子闪光焊工艺的具体措施,比如工艺参数的选择进行了分析.介绍了预热能量自动控制技术的应用。大大简化了焊接工艺参数的调整过程.研究结果已在实际批量生产中得到了验证。
This paper puts forward a new view on the explanation of the formation mechanism of low plasticity such as “gray spot” existing in the flash welding process.It is believed that the “gray spot” can be controlled by the adjustment of the welding process parameters, Measures such as the selection of process parameters are analyzed, and the application of automatic control technology of preheating energy is introduced.
