3.钠和钾的混合蒸汽据上述观察,为了增加钾的含量,曾把膜层的制备方法加以改变。当只有钾蒸发器工作的时候,可检测到钠、钾混合蒸汽。200℃时蒸发形成的膜层(d=1200 A)的组成是立方型SbNa_2K相和六角型SbNaK_2相,两相的最大衍射强度已在表3中给出。我们观察到,SbNa_2K相还有平行于基底(111)面的最佳取向,而六角型SbNa_2K相却具有较弱的最佳取向,它平行于基底的(00·1)面。
