频谱分析法对旋转机械故障诊断技术是随现代工业发展而发展起来的设备诊断技术之一,在保障高速运算的前提下对振动信号处理、如何提高信号处理的精度是一个研究重点,FFT-FT算法能够有效的提高运算的精度。基于频谱分析法对大型关键旋转机组进行振动监测及故障分析,便于实时诊断,且诊断结果准确可靠,可节省大量的维修费用,在旋转机械故障诊断领域具有较好的应用前景。
Frequency spectrum analysis method is one of the diagnostic techniques of equipment developed with the development of modern industry. It is a research focus to how to improve the accuracy of signal processing in terms of vibration signal processing under the premise of ensuring high-speed operation. FFT-FT The algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of the operation.
