目的了解苏州工业园区2010年食品和公共卫生从业人员沙门菌带菌状况。方法按照国标中的检验方法,对食品和公共卫生从业人员肛拭标本进行沙门菌增菌、分离、生化鉴定及血清学分型试验。结果从14 000人中检出沙门菌36例,总检出率为0.26%,共检出5个群10个血清型,C群沙门菌检出率最高为0.14%,B群检出率为0.09%。夏秋季沙门菌的检出率明显高于冬春季,外来人员检出率明显高于本地人员。结论苏州工业园区食品和公共卫生从业人员沙门菌带菌率较低,外来人员是主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the status of Salmonella carriers in food and public health workers in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2010. Methods According to the test method of national standard, Salmonella bacteria, separation, biochemical identification and serological typing test were performed on the swab specimens of food and public health workers. Results Thirty-six cases of Salmonella were detected from 14 000 people, the total detection rate was 0.26%. Five serotypes were detected in 10 serogroups. The highest detection rate of Salmonella in group C was 0.14%. The detection rate of group B was 0.09%. The detection rate of summer and autumn Salmonella was significantly higher than that in winter and spring, and the detection rate of foreign workers was significantly higher than that of local staff. Conclusion The incidence of Salmonella in food and public health workers in Suzhou Industrial Park is low, and the non-resident personnel are the main influencing factors.
