通过改变锂渣掺量及再生粗骨料取代率,对混凝土进行轴心抗压试验。确定其弹性模量、峰值应变的计算公式;分析应力-应变曲线和应力比-泊松比曲线的变化规律;建立掺锂渣再生混凝土的本构关系。结果表明,适量再生粗骨料和锂渣可以有效提高混凝土弹性模量、峰值应力和峰值应变。再生粗骨料取代率是30%,锂渣掺量是20%时,其弹性模量和峰值应力较未掺锂渣的普通混凝土增长17.22%和48.2%。
By changing the dosage of lithium slag and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the axial compression test of concrete was carried out. Determine the formula of its elastic modulus and peak strain, analyze the variation law of stress-strain curve and stress ratio-Poisson’s ratio curve, and establish the constitutive relation of lithium-doped dregs recycled concrete. The results show that proper amount of recycled coarse aggregate and lithium slag can effectively increase the elastic modulus, peak stress and peak strain of concrete. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30% and the content of lithium slag is 20%, the elastic modulus and peak stress increase by 17.22% and 48.2% compared with ordinary concrete without lithium dross.
