本文搭建了高温条件下材料固体桥力的测量系统,该系统最高温度可达1600℃,可测量材料在不同温度、压力及接触时间下的固体桥力。本文中采用玻璃为固体材料,对其熔点附近温度范围内的固体桥力进行了测量。实验结果显示,材料抗拉强度及脖颈抗拉强度均随着温度的升高而减小;通过与常温石蜡材料所获得的固体桥力计算公式进行对比,二者在数量级上相符合,绝对值偏差不超过38%,且明显优于传统的固体桥力估算方法。
In this paper, a measuring system of material solid bridge force under high temperature is set up. The maximum temperature of the system is up to 1600 ℃, which can measure the solid bridge force of materials under different temperature, pressure and contact time. In this paper, glass is used as a solid material, the solid bridge force in the temperature range near the melting point was measured. The experimental results show that both the tensile strength and the neck tensile strength of the material decrease with the increase of temperature. Comparing with the calculation formula of the solid bridge force obtained from the paraffin material at normal temperature, the tensile strength and the neck tensile strength of the material comply with the order of magnitude and the absolute value The deviation does not exceed 38%, and is obviously superior to the traditional method of estimating bridge solid force.
