研究目的:提高我国女子200m运动员的运动水平,为教练员科学化训练提供理论指导和方法。研究方法:文献资料法、灰色关联分析法和回归分析法。结果和结论:①影响女子200m跑专项成绩的主要因素是最大速度,其次是加速能力和速度耐力。②世界优秀女子200m跑成绩与每50m分段成绩遵循线性关系。③女子200m跑的速度特征是跑速接近匀速,每50m分段平均速度符合81.5%、100%、95.08%、和87.79%的模式。建议:教练员利用分段数学模型进行控制训练。
Research purposes: to improve the level of Chinese women’s 200m athletes to provide theoretical guidance and methods for coaches scientific training. Research methods: literature, gray correlation analysis and regression analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: ① The main factors influencing women’s 200m running performance are maximum speed, followed by acceleration ability and speed endurance. ② The world’s best 200m run score and every 50m segment results follow a linear relationship. ③ The speed of 200m running is characterized by running speed close to uniform speed and the average speed of every 50m segment is 81.5%, 100%, 95.08% and 87.79%. Advice: Coaches use segmented mathematical models to control training.
