郁症是临床多见病,而有轻重之分,轻者给予精神治疗可愈,重者则需药物调治而安。本病女性多于男性,其发病多缘情志所伤,气机郁滞所致。华岫云引《临证指南医案·郁》篇云:“因情志不遂,则郁而成病矣。”王安道曰:“郁者滞而不通之义。”然其郁证,总不离乎气郁痰结二端,故笔者用“疏郁化痰汤”以治疗本病,显获疗效治。将近三年间治疗观察重症郁病患者36例,报导如下: 一、临床资料 Depression is a common disease in clinics, and there is a difference in severity.
