案例教学法具有独特的启发性和实践性,在不同学科的教学中都发挥着日益重要的作用。教师在中职卫生法律法规教学过程中充分应用案例教学法,可以调动学生学习的积极性,提升学生在教学中的主体地位。在日益增多的医疗纠纷中,医学生更应该认真学习法律法规,维护医患双方的合法权益。
The case teaching method has unique enlightenment and practicality and plays an increasingly important role in the teaching of different disciplines. Teachers fully apply the case teaching method in the teaching of laws and regulations of secondary health education, which can arouse the enthusiasm of students and enhance the students’ dominant position in teaching. In a growing number of medical disputes, medical students should conscientiously study laws and regulations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.
