从技术创新支撑、创新投入、吸收转化和创新产出四个方面构建了我国高技术产业的技术创新指标体系,并运用结构方程模型对2009-2012年全国各省市的高技术产业数据进行拟合评价,得出2012年全国27个省市的技术创新能力的得分及排名,经分析发现我国东、中、西部技术创新水平存在明显差距。为了更好的分析这一现象,在此基础上进一步对2009-2012年东、中、西部技术创新能力进行比较分析,并依据分析结果提出相应的政策建议。
This paper constructs the index system of technological innovation of high-tech industry in China from four aspects: technical innovation support, innovation input, absorption transformation and innovation output, and uses the structural equation model to fit the high-tech industry data of various provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2012 Evaluation, come to the 2012 national 27 provinces and cities in technological innovation ability scores and rankings, the analysis found that China’s eastern, central and western technological innovation level there is a clear gap. In order to better analyze this phenomenon, on this basis, we further make a comparative analysis of the technological innovation capability in East, Central and Western China from 2009 to 2012 and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the analysis results.
