以羊角椒不育系O-6、O-9及其相应保持系为试材,在盛花期分别对5个小孢子发育时期(造孢细胞时期、花粉母细胞时期、四分体时期、单核小孢子时期、成熟粒时期)花药的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量进行测定。试验结果表明,不育材料花蕾中的过氧化物酶活性在四分体时期明显高于保持系,游离脯氨酸含量随着花蕾的发育呈下降趋势;保持系各时期花蕾中超氧化物歧化酶活性均高于不育系,但不育材料在小孢子四分体时期含量又有所上升;不育材料小孢子发育各时期的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量都明显低于保持系,但丙二醛含量均高于保持系。
