目的:采用HPLC法同时测定热淋清制剂中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Kromosil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm。结果:没食子酸在0.204~1.22μg(r=0.999 7),槲皮素在0.058~0.35μg(r=0.999 5)范围内呈良好的线性关系;没食子酸回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%,槲皮素回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.6%。结论:HPLC法简便可行、重复性好,适用于热淋清制剂两种有效成分的同时测定,可用于热淋清制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of gallic acid and quercetin in hot-linqing preparations by HPLC. Methods: A Kromosil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The gradient elution was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS: Gallic acid was in 0.204~1.22μg (r=0.999 7) and quercetin was in a good linear relationship in the range of 0.058~0.35μg (r=0.999 5). The recovery rate of gallic acid was 98.5% and the RSD was 1.4%. The recovery rate of quercetin was 97.8% and the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion: The HPLC method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of two kinds of effective components of hot-linqing formulation and can be used for quality control of hot-linqing formulation.
