1976年以来,应用~(60)C_0-υ射线处理珍珠矮11号干种子,自M_2代开始严格的选择已经培育出两个优良品系,另有六个品系,虽有某些缺点,但比对照显著增产。现将研究结果小结如下: 材料和方法 (一)材料:供试品种为珍珠矮11号原种由省农科院提供并由用~(60)C_0-υ辐射室照射干种子200克,剂量为2.5万伦、剂量率为103伦/分。 (二)试验方法:M_1代1976年3月照射干种子,当年进行单株种植。收获时,除去20%以上不孕株外,其余均取其主穗中部
