新形势下,工会组织有新的责任,民主管理是社会生产力发展到一定时期的产物,属于企业的内部管理,要保障企业可以在新形势下立足就要加强企业的民主管理,最大限度的为企业提供经济效益。本文通过叙述民主管理的作用,分析新形势下工会在民主管理中存在的问题,并给予可行性的解决途径。
