目的:建立阿戈美拉汀原料中镍残留量的检测方法。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,以吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵-甲基异丁基酮体系萃取富集制备样品,在232.0 nm波长处测定吸光度,按外标法计算镍含量。结果:镍在0.05~4.00μg·ml-1浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为93.3%。结论:该法简便快捷,重复性好,能准确测定阿戈美拉汀原料中镍残留量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of nickel residues in agomelatine raw materials. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to prepare samples by extraction with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate - methyl isobutyl ketone system. The absorbance was measured at 232.0 nm and the nickel content was calculated according to external standard method. Results: Ni had a good linearity (r = 0.999 0) within the range of 0.05-4.00 μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 93.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and can accurately determine the amount of nickel residue in agomelatine raw materials.
