20多年前,当我刚从学校毕业走上工作岗位的时候,当了一届小学的班主任,以后经常教两个班的数学,就没再担任班主任工作。而今,我又当起了班主任。这一次,我经常想一个问题:在小学长达六年的学习时间,我们到底带给了学生什么?难道仅仅是那一点知识和所谓的养成良好的学习行为习惯吗?如果是这样的话,学生都是处于被动的状态,很压抑的接受知识和强迫养成习惯。能不能让学生自然地养成自我约束、自我管理,自我解决问题的习惯
More than 20 years ago, when I first graduated from school, I became a class teacher in a primary school and later taught mathematics in two classes. I did not work as a class teacher again. Now, I became a class teacher again. This time, I often think the question: What did we bring to the students during the six-year primary schooling period?
