随着微机电加工技术的不断发展,微型化已成为目前航空动力发展的一大趋势,而目前国内对于MEMS技术与航空航天领域相结合的研究还较少。该文简要梳理了基于MEMS工艺在航空动力领域的研究现状,并分析了基于MEMS工艺的超微型航空涡喷发动机在设计生产中所存在的问题,探讨了该技术的应用价值与未来前景,填补国内该领域的空白。
With the continuous development of MEMS technology, miniaturization has become a major trend of aeronautical power development at present, but at present the research on the combination of MEMS technology and aerospace field is less. This paper briefly reviews the research status of MEMS technology based on the field of aeronautical dynamics and analyzes the problems existing in the design and production of the micro-aircraft turbojet based on MEMS technology.
