采用原代培养细胞染色法，对29例口腔颌面部鳞状上皮癌新鲜标本，进行了体外药物敏感性测定．结果显示该法具有体外药物敏感性测定特殊的优点，并与临床治疗疗效间有很好的相关性．本法简单、价廉、快捷及易于操作，有一定的临床应用价值．
Using primary culture cell staining method, 29 cases of oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma fresh specimens were tested in vitro drug sensitivity. The results show that the method has the advantages of in vitro drug sensitivity assay, and has a good correlation with the clinical efficacy. This method is simple, inexpensive, fast and easy to operate, there is a certain clinical value.
