以ARM Cortex-M0+处理器LPC11U68为核心,研制了一款多道脉冲幅度分析器。该多道脉冲幅度分析器采用多重反馈型2阶积分滤波成形电路,对峰值保持电路进行改进,引入智能化硬件——TFT触摸屏,利用USB2.0接口实现与PC端的通信,移植整合了μC/OS-II和μC/GUI。性能测试表明:该仪器配置GM26金硅面垒探测器,其能量分辨率为2.6%;道址—脉冲幅度线性相关系数为0.997;重复性、稳定性良好,峰漂小于0.4%。
Based on ARM Cortex-M0 + processor LPC11U68, a multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer was developed. The multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer uses multi-feedback second-order integral filter shaping circuit to improve the peak hold circuit, the introduction of intelligent hardware - TFT touch screen, the use of USB2.0 interface to achieve communication with the PC-side porting integrated μC / OS-II and μC / GUI. Performance tests show that the instrument is equipped with GM26 gold silicon surface barrier detector, the energy resolution of 2.6%; Road - pulse amplitude linear correlation coefficient of 0.997; repeatability, good stability, peak drift less than 0.4%.
