目的探讨自体骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗脑损伤的可行性及临床效果。方法回顾分析48例脑损伤患者行自体骨髓间质干细胞移植的临床资料。结果 48例脑损伤患者自体骨髓间质干细胞移植后 NIH 神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)(11.2±6.3)分较治疗前(24.3±9.7)分显著降低(P<0.01)。其中29例患者感觉、运动和语言功能改善,5例昏迷患者干细胞移植后清醒,11例昏迷病人移植后昏迷程度变浅,3例无明显改善,全部患者均未出现明显毒性不良反应而顺利出院。结论自体骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗脑损伤安全有效,具有促进中枢神经系统组织及功能恢复的作用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of brain injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 cases of brain injury patients with autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation clinical data. Results The NIHSS score (11.2 ± 6.3) in 48 patients with brain injury was significantly lower than that before treatment (24.3 ± 9.7) (P <0.01) after transplantation of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Among them, sensory, motor and language functions were improved in 29 patients. Stem cells were awakened in 5 coma patients and coma were decreased in 11 coma patients. No significant improvement was found in 3 patients. All patients showed no significant adverse reactions and were discharged smoothly . Conclusion Autologous transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is safe and effective in the treatment of brain injury and plays an important role in promoting the recovery of central nervous system tissue and function.
