内皮细胞骨架由微丝、微管和中间纤维组成,是细胞形态维持、细胞迁移、物质运输和跨膜信息传递的重要结构基础。已发现内皮细胞骨架重排与心血管疾病的发生、发展过程有密切联系,故阐明内皮细胞骨架与心血管疾病的关系无疑对心血管疾病的防治有重要意义。本文拟从内皮细胞骨架的分布、结构特点、信号传导途径及其与心血管疾病的关系等方面,对目前的研究现状进行综述。
Endothelial cytoskeleton is composed of microfilaments, microtubules and intermediate fibers, and is an important structural basis of cell morphology maintenance, cell migration, material transport and transmission of information across the membrane. Endothelial cytoskeletal rearrangements have been found to be associated with the development and progression of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, elucidation of the relationship between endothelial cytoskeleton and cardiovascular disease undoubtedly has important implications for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the current research status is reviewed in terms of the distribution of endothelial cytoskeleton, structural features, signal transduction pathways and its relationship with cardiovascular diseases.
