应用大鼠胚胎形成、胚胎生长、发育等指标,以敌枯双为阳性对照药。研究了褐藻氨酸(LA)对大鼠的致畸作用。结果表明,大鼠受孕后6～15天接触LA对胚胎形成和胚胎生长、发育无明显影响。提示该药无致畸作用。
Application of rat embryo formation, embryonic growth and development and other indicators to the enemy dry double as a positive control drug. The teratogenicity of sodium alginate (LA) on rats was studied. The results showed that exposure of LA 6-15 days after conception had no effect on embryogenesis and embryo growth and development. Tip of the drug without teratogenic effects.
