目的介绍微囊藻毒素LR的基因毒性和潜在致癌性的研究进展。方法以“微囊藻毒素LR”、“基因毒性”、“致癌性”等组合为检索词,以主题、全文、摘要或关键字为检索项,检索Pub Med、Web of Science、CBM、CNKI、Wan Fang Data和VIP数据库,并进行分析、归纳。结果微囊藻毒素LR对哺乳动物的基因毒性主要有4种方式:引起DNA的损伤;诱导活性氧和氮的形成;抑制DNA损伤的修复;诱导基因突变和染色体变异。结论微囊藻毒素LR具有基因毒性和潜在致癌性,需注重微囊藻毒素(Microcystins,MCs)对人群的慢性健康效应特别是促肝癌效应的研究。
Objective To introduce the research progress on the genotoxicity and potential carcinogenicity of microcystin LR. Methods Using the search terms “microcystin LR”, “genotoxicity”, “carcinogenicity” and other combinations as the search terms, Pub Med, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wan Fang Data and VIP database, and analyze and summarize. Results Cytotoxicity of microcystin LR to mammals mainly in 4 ways: causing DNA damage; inducing reactive oxygen species and nitrogen formation; inhibiting DNA damage repair; inducing gene mutation and chromosomal variation. Conclusion Microcystin LR has genotoxicity and potential carcinogenicity. It is necessary to pay attention to the study on the effects of microcystins (MCs) on the chronic health effects of human population, especially on promoting liver cancer.
