以3种不同穗型品种为试材,设置钵苗机插(行距33cm,A)、毯苗机插(行距30cm,B)、毯苗机插(行距25cm,C)3种机插方式,并在不同机插方式下设置不同株距,研究不同机插方式水稻主要品质性状和淀粉RVA谱特征值对密度的响应特征。结果表明:随密度降低,不同机插方式下不同穗型水稻品种加工品质提高,而垩白度、垩白率、直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量呈递减而胶稠度有变长趋势。同一密度下,与毯苗机插相比,钵苗机插加工品质有所提高,垩白度、垩白率、直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量较低,胶稠度较长。对淀粉RVA谱分析表明,随密度降低,大穗型品种3种机插方式下峰值黏度和崩解值呈递增,消减值呈递减;中穗型品种A、B方式峰值黏度和崩解值呈先增后减,C方式峰值黏度呈递增;A、B方式消减值呈先减后增,C方式呈减少趋势;小穗型品种3种机插方式峰值黏度和崩解值呈先增后减,消减值呈先减后增。同一密度下,与毯苗机插相比,钵苗机插峰值黏度和崩解值较高,消减值较低。
Three kinds of spike-type cultivars were used as test materials to set up three kinds of machine insertion methods (33cm spacing A, 33cm spacing row spacing, 30cm spacing B spacing, 25cm spacing C spacing) Different planting distances were set by different planting methods to study the response characteristics of main quality traits and starch RVA profiles of different planting-type rice varieties to density. The peak viscosity and disintegration value of middle and spike type A and B The peak value of C was increased gradually; the decrement values of A and B decreased first and then increased, while C decreased; the peak viscosity and disintegration values of three kinds of machine spikelets increased first After subtraction, the reduction value is reduced first and then increased. The same density, compared with the blanket Miaoguaji, Miao Miao machine peak insertion viscosity and higher breakdown value, the lower the value of the reduction.
