一、绪言以水溶性高分子有机物作粘结剂的造型法,具有(1)改善作业环境;(2)减少铸件的清铲工时;(3)降低材料费用等优点。本文研究了以聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液作主要粘结剂的自硬性铸型。这种自硬性铸型作为单件、小批生产铸件的造型法,正在应用。但是,用于大量生产铸件的造型法,因其持型硬化速度与铸件的生产速度不相适应,所以这种造型法有待改进。另外,型砂必须有足够的可使用时间,并要求进行型砂制备作业合理化及旧砂回用技术的开发。为适应这些要求,则考虑气体硬化的快速造型法。
First, the introduction of water-soluble polymer organic matter as a binder molding method, with (1) to improve the working environment; (2) to reduce casting shovel working hours; (3) to reduce the cost of materials and so on. In this paper, a self-hardening mold made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) aqueous solution as the main binder was studied. This self-hardening mold as a single, small batch casting molding method, is being applied. However, the molding method for mass-producing castings needs to be improved because the holding-hardening speed thereof is not compatible with the production speed of castings. In addition, the sand must have enough time to use, and require the rationalization of sand preparation operations and the development of the old sand reuse technology. To meet these requirements, consider the rapid hardening of the gas modeling method.
