基于特种回转面刀具的轮廓和刀刃形状都比较复杂,文中详细分析了其中平面曲线型刀刃回转刀具的磨削原理,论述了砂轮和工件的磨削运动规律以及刀具法向前角的计算及校验,为用数控磨床制造特种回转面刀具打下了理论基础。切齿试验证明本文提出的原理是正确的。
